Magically keeps sand away!

I was skeptical, but decided to buy this to place in front of a beach tent for a trip to the Outer Banks. We were amazed that we could wipe off our wet, sandy feet before entering the tent, and it actually made the sand disappear. We took this mat out one day with no tent because it was so useful. Towels filled up with sand, but not this mat. It was a great purchase and made our sand time much less sandy! Just anchor it down and it stays in place. If you are going to the beach, you will love this soft, functional mat!

Great Mat!

These beach mat saved my summer. I am a beach lover however, I don’t like that when I put down my blanket, it’s quickly covered with sand. This product solves that pesky problem. It’s so big and I can lay down comfortably without the sand sticking all over me ! Even when we were packing up ... how nice it was not to have sand flying through the air as I wrap up my blanket! This product is a must have for any beach goers.

No sitting on sand

I love the beach and always wanted to spend the day laying on the beach without getting sandy. This helps with that. I don't have to keep brushing sand off of me, my things or the blanket. You know how you usually leave your bag on the sand because you dont want to get your blanket dirty. No need to with this.Cons: If you press to hard sand will come up. Next beach time I'll place my old beach mat underneath to stop sand from coming up.Pros: Sand goes through quickly! Which is exactly why I bought it! We're a family of 3, our slippers, 2 beach chairs and 4 bags of food and snacks fit comfortably. We got ketchup on it, it washed off easily. When it was time to go home, it was easy to shake off any excess sand and fold it right back up in the carry bag, which was great because sometimes carry bags are too small for the items.

I also think it would be a good idea to put this outside a tent when camping

Was looking for something not too expensive for beach activities with my kids. When putting this in front of my sport tent, it never gathered sands from kids’ wet sandy feet. Kids could sit on top of it with their wet sandy swimsuit to eat and then went back to play on sand. The holes on the mat are big enough to release the sands to the ground. On the other way, when pushing harder, the sands will show up on the mat and then go away. But, if you really cared about the sands come up, fold it making it double layers mat and the sand will never come back. I also think it would be a good idea to put this outside a tent when camping.

Beach Needed Item

Does what it's supposed to. Its not comfortable to sit directly on. But sand goes right through and not much gets on top unless your walking over it a lot with sandy feet. Def recommend this if going somewhere with sand.

Quality beach blanket

Haven't used it yet, however, having grown up at the beach, the product looks sturdy & easy of use. Always a pain trying to knock back the excessive sand when packing up. Would recommend it to anyone.
