It is powerful. It takes less than 1 minute to turn whole corns or oats into flour, though it cannot make super fine flour as using a stone grinders, the corn flour is like corn meal flour, oat and bean flour is finer, but it is worth the time to spend on and the flour is fine enough to use as protein shake. Hope this help.
I use it daily to grind spices for a pizza restaurant and have had no problems
I grow herbs in my garden and dry them. I had previously been using my coffee grinder. I also grind up dried chilis in a mix instead of buying chili powder. This unit has worked out better than I could imagine. It is fast and easy to use. It makes short work of grinding large containers of dried herbs. It is easy to clean and I am loving it!
I bought it to grind coffee because I wanted really smooth coffee which I can’t get from the store grinders. Since I mix my own black coffee with other ingredients I wanted a heavy duty Grindr that would live with me and this Is the one . It looks like a machine that you would see in a restaurant or cafe. It is expensive but if it’s gonna be my only one so it’s worth it. Hopefully it’ll last
